1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of ApexFin Chartered Accountants LLP (trading as ApexFin), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and clients in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Services Offered
ApexFin provides professional finance and chartered accountancy services, including but not limited to accounting, auditing, tax advisory, financial consulting, and business setup assistance. All services are delivered in compliance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Specific service scope and deliverables will be outlined in separate engagement letters or service agreements.
3. Payments and Refunds
Fees for services are as agreed in writing prior to engagement. Payments are due according to the terms stated in invoices or service agreements. ApexFin accepts payments via bank transfer or other methods as communicated. Refunds are not provided for services already rendered. For cancellations made before service commencement, a full refund may be issued at ApexFin’s discretion. Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 14 days of the invoice date.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for ApexFin to perform its services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE laws.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the ApexFin website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ApexFin Chartered Accountants LLP and is protected by UAE intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent. Client-specific deliverables remain the property of the client upon full payment.
6. Limitation of Liability
ApexFin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply in cases of fraud or gross negligence.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
